Front End Development I
“Front End Development” is a complete course in modern web design, covering everything you’ll need to know about HTML5 and CSS3 to make beautiful, responsive, interactive web sites. No previous experience, other than in using a keyboard, is required or assumed. If you’ve wondered how the web works or had an idea for your own web site but weren’t sure where to begin creating it, this is the perfect course for you. Beginning with where the web came from, and how it works, by the end, you’ll be coding web pages that include media and animations, interactivity, and responsively adjust to larger or smaller screen sizes. Plus, you’ll get a quick introduction to actual programming with Javascript and jQuery!

  • Basic page markup: <h1>-<h6>, <p>, <br>, <ol>, <ul>, <li>, <blockquote> tags
  • Inline vs. block tags: <em>, <strong>, <span>, etc.
