Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. In plain language, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not a disclosure.
Effective August 13, 2026. This policy covers meshcowork.com only.
Who we are
Mesh Cowork, 2020 Eye St, Bakersfield, CA 93301. You can reach us at contact@meshcowork.com or (661) 769-6374. For anything in this policy, email is the fastest route.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form
We collect your name, email address, and message, which are required, plus your phone number and what you are interested in if you choose to give them. Nothing else on that form is stored, and there are no hidden fields collecting anything about you.
That message is sent to us as an email and nothing more. It does not go into a marketing list, and we do not add you to a newsletter because you asked a question.
When you simply read the site
We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-T6GCZ6G) to load website analytics. Analytics tells us which pages people read and roughly where visitors come from, so we can tell whether the site is doing its job. Analytics tags of this kind typically set cookies in your browser and record your approximate location, device, and the pages you view.
We use this to understand the site in aggregate. We do not use it to build a profile of you, we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, and we do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That is a normal part of how any website runs.
Cookies, and how to refuse them
This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies you may receive here come from the analytics described above.
Every current browser lets you block or delete cookies, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site at once. Blocking them will not break anything on this site — nothing here needs a cookie to work.
Who your information reaches
- Resend — the service that delivers the contact form to our inbox. Your message passes through it in transit.
- Google — Tag Manager and the analytics it loads.
- Cloudflare — our host, which serves every page and keeps server logs.
That is the complete list. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to anyone else unless the law actually requires it.
When you leave this site
Some buttons here — anything checking availability or booking a tour — hand you to the building operator's own website, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. Our member portal at members.meshcowork.com is likewise run on third-party software. Once you are on either of those sites, what happens to your information is governed by their policies, not this one. Links marked with an arrow leave meshcowork.com.
How long we keep things
Contact form messages live in our email inbox, and we keep them as long as we may reasonably need them to answer you and follow up. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our analytics account. If you would like your message deleted, ask us and we will delete it.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to ask us to delete it, to ask us to correct it, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of those rights. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing here for you to opt out of on that front.
You do not need to be a Californian to ask. Email contact@meshcowork.com with what you want and we will handle it. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we delete or hand over anything, which is protection for you rather than an obstacle.
Children
This is a website for a workspace. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will change this page and move the effective date at the top. There is no version of that where we quietly start collecting more and leave this page as it was.
